Remember what goes into your body has to come out. Your skin absorbs what it comes in contact with, and what goes in must come out – one way or another. Toxins and other unwanted waste usually leaves the body via bowel movements and via urine, but if the body is unable to cope with it all in this way, it will find other ways to try to get rid of it, such as through your pores.
